Refund Policy

Overview

KPTAC Technologies (the "Company", "we", "our", "KPTAC", or "eMenu") respects your right to refund. This Refund Policy sets out how and under what conditions we process refunds.

This refund policy applies only to the the eMenu (software) license, and does not extend to any other services or products provided by KPTAC Technologies.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • If you have purchased an eMenu license, you are eligible to request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase (signing of the contract). After 30 days, you will not be able to request a refund and can only request for an account cancellation.
  • You may cancel your free trial account and terminate our Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying us and then following the specific instructions indicated to you in our response. No payments are taken for any free trial accounts.
  • No refunds will be made for any other services or products provided by us, including but not limited to, any software, hardware, or setup fees.
  • All refund requests are processed within 7 Business Days from the date of request. Further delays may be caused by other factors, including but not limited to, Bank Holidays, Bank processing delays, and/or other unforeseen events.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
